With "Redshift", Alderaan presents us with a new album in which the sound effects, through a process of spatialization, are inspired by the optical phenomenon of "red shift", which means that the further away the celestial bodies are, the more red-shifted their light reaches us, and by the similar acoustic phenomenon, which causes the sound emitted by a moving object to seem higher-pitched when it approaches and lower-pitched when it moves away.

Through the sounds of unreal synthesizers, accompanied by ethereal harmonies, Alderaan offers a stellar odyssey. The oscillations of the ambiences offer the bassline the exploration of wide frequency bands. Rhythm and harmony envelop the listener, taking them beyond their perceptions into a timeless bubble.

The psychedelic sounds of random generations of machines outline a futuristic universe, a frantic race on board a spaceship and stopovers on distant planets.


Avec "Redshift'', Alderaan, nous présente un nouvel album où les effets sonores, par un processus de spatialisation s'inspirent du phénomène optique de "décalage vers le rouge" qui fait que plus célestes sont éloignées, plus leur lumière nous parvient décalée vers le rouge et du phénomène acoustique similaire qui fait que le son émis par un objet en mouvement nous semble plus aigu lorsque celui-ci s'approche et plus grave lorsqu'il s'éloigne.

A travers les sons de synthétiseurs irréels, accompagnés d’harmonies éthérées, Alderaan propose une odyssée stellaire. Les oscillations des ambiances offrent à la bassline l’exploration de larges bandes de fréquences. Le rythme et l’harmonie enveloppent l’auditeur pour le porter au- delà de ses perceptions, dans une bulle hors du temps.

Les sonorités psychédéliques issues de générations aléatoires des machines profilent un univers futuriste, une course effrénée à bord d’un vaisseau spatial et des escales sur des planètes lointaines.
